VINCENT KOK is a distinguished technology entrepreneur and digital innovation leader with over three decades of expertise in transforming Malaysia’s digital landscape. As a veteran in the technology sector, he has established multiple successful ventures and currently serves as an Executive Coach specializing in technology entrepreneurship and corporate innovation.
His professional journey commenced in 1994 at Uniphone Apple (Regional Distributor for Apple in Malaysia, Singapore, and Brunei), where he spearheaded early digital initiatives. During the nascent stages of the internet era, Vincent pioneered the development of digital infrastructure, including implementing some of Asia’s first commercial websites and interactive digital platforms. His early recognition of digital marketing’s potential led to his certification as one of Malaysia’s first Google Advertising Professionals in 2007, preceding Google’s social presence in the region.
In 2014, Vincent founded VMO, which has evolved into Malaysia’s premier digital platform for enterprise event space management. This venture demonstrated his ability to identify market inefficiencies and implement scalable technological solutions. Subsequently, he co-founded the eatcosys and Incite Innovations Group, developing an integrated ecosystem that provides comprehensive technological and financial solutions for F&B and retail enterprises, from initialization through scale-up phases.
His latest venture, MVX Multiverse Sdn Bhd, exemplifies his commitment to leveraging cutting-edge technology. The company has been deploying AI solutions for corporations. A recent implementation of it is a genAI powered chatbot for GSC Cinemas, Malaysia’s largest cinema chain.
Since 2023, Vincent has expanded his portfolio to include executive coaching and corporate innovation training. He specializes in technology start-up acceleration and corporate innovation strategy, having successfully guided numerous ventures through funding rounds and market expansion. His corporate training programs, focused on entrepreneurial thinking and innovation management, have received exceptional feedback, consistently achieving above 90% satisfaction rates among Fortune 500 participants.
Vincent’s contributions to Malaysia’s digital economy have been widely acknowledged, culminating in his selection as an alumnus of Malaysia’s prestigious Digerati50 in 2018. In 2023, he was awarded the E3 Entrepreneur’s Network Chairman’s Award in recognition of his outstanding contributions to entrepreneurship development in the region.
