TERENCE CLARKE is an Executive Coach, Trainer, Facilitator and Founder with over 20 years of experience studying, working, and establishing businesses in Greater China. As a China Permanent Residence Card holder, Terence brings a unique perspective to his coaching practice, grounded in both evidence-based practice and commercial practicalities.

With an impressive background as a c-suite leader and business owner across multiple industries, Terence has a wealth of experience to draw from. He has held leadership roles such as Head of Operations in China for Melissa & Doug LLC, one of the world’s largest educational toy companies, and VP of Sales, Marketing, and Business Development for BEEducation, one of China’s most successful study abroad agencies. Terence's teams exceeded targets even during the COVID-19 pandemic, and he was also COO of two global sourcing agencies, Asian Sourcing Link and Horizon Group, servicing global FCMG and Big Box retailers. He has also been Associate Director at Knight Frank, the world’s largest private real estate agency, and Founder & Managing Director of Pinnacle Realty, where he personally exceeded over GBP 30,000,000 in sales.

He is a certified ICF PCC Executive Coach, an IAC Masteries Practitioner, and a PQ Practitioner.
