biography
SAMI BUGAY has vast experience in coaching C-suite leaders and CEO’s in over 20 years of coaching and leadership development experience. He has served as the International Coach Federation (ICF) Turkiye chapter’s President and is a ICF Master Certified Coach (MCC). Throughout a distinguished career, Sami has served in many roles including as Sales Manager, General Manager, and Managing Partner in various organizations.
He has written the Amazon best seller Better Leaders Better Teams. He holds a Mathematical Engineer Degree from the Istanbul Technical University, and other coaching certifications including from the European Graduate School and Bert Hellinger Institute Netherlands.
