MR. RICKY GARCIA is a professional Training Specialist on organizational and personal transformation utilizing experiential learning technologies. He has conducted training seminars for a wide variety of industries such as manufacturers, banks retail and service, transportation, city government as well as well as colleges and universities. He makes modules and conducts seminars and workshops and provides consultancy service on Team Building, Values and Attitudes, Management & Leadership, Performance Management, Career Planning and Development, Communication Dynamics, Human Intimacy, Personality Development, Sales Management, Presentation & Training Development, Social Graces, Study Habits for Students and Learning Habits at Work, and Image Management. He has extensive training work done with major multinationals and top Philippine corporations.

He has presented in Beijing Normal University, Department of International Cooperation & Exchange Beijing Language and Culture University. He also has a wide experience in Human Resource Training and Development from conceptual design to actual conduct of programs. He logged as a School Psychologist at San Beda College, College of Arts and Sciences. He has a rich background having served as a Guidance Counselor both in High School and College Department. He was a professor in Psychology, Personality Enrichment Program and Human Relations Development. He has written and published four books, “Change-Oriented Leadership”, “A Breakthrough Paradigm on Becoming A Master Student”, “Make It Happen” and co-authored “Personality Enrichment Program” with one of Metrobank’s Ten Outstanding Teachers’ of the Philippines, Dr. Teresita Pedrajas. He also constantly produces a number of publications for varied conferences. He is doing his fifth book entitled, “BREAKFAST CHAT: A Page with a Champion” a compilation of interviews with the likes of Dr. Blaine Lee of Franklin Covey Co., Bob Rosner, author of The Boss Survival Guide and countries top CEO’s and outstanding professionals regarding issues and concerns in the workplace to be published soon.

Mr. Garcia finished his master’s degree in Guidance and Counseling Psychology at De La Salle University. He is a Behavioral Science graduate of Colegio San Juan de Letran and took a Post Baccalaureate course in Training and Development Program sponsored by College of Arts and Science San Beda College at De La Salle University CSB. He has also completed courses in Leadership and Management and Organizational Development at University of the Philippines, Dale Carnegie and Heroic Leadership at People Synergistically Involved (P.S.I.) Asia.

He was one of the youngest board of directors of the Philippine Society for Training and Development (PSTD) and a member of the Asian Regional Training Development ARTDO.
