biography

An economist who was transformed to be a coach when she found herself more inspired and passionate in helping people better know “SELF” and fulfill life in their own ways. It is true and sustain, she always says when talks about “SELF”. More than 25 years, she has spent time to explore inner life of people and research herself as an experiment. Understanding of the holistic life of body, mind and spirit is the base that she has used to help people grow from inside.

CHADAWAN started her coaching experience in 2002 when she certified Gallup Strengths Coach and played her role as internal coach at Standard Chartered Bank (Thai) Plc. Along those years and until now, she has great opportunity to connect with the top executives and talents that provides her chance to support and help people move from good to great and maximize their potentials. She has developed the “3and3” Philosophy and use it for designing executive and leadership courses. It is all about how to help people learn and absorb the outside-in to produce the best inside-out. In addition to doing coaching as her favorite business, Chadawan has spent much of her time as a volunteer to support and help disadvantaged people of which it is her life purpose. Giving is, actually, taking. She gets lots of experiences from those volunteering jobs and use them as powerful resources to inspire and motivate as well as growing herself and her clients. She is approved by International Coach Federation (ICF) the highest level of professional coach or Master Certified Coach (MCC), the first and only Thai.
