IAN WONG is an Executive Coach, Mentor and Business Leader with over 30 years of corporate, institutional and investment banking experience across Asia Pacific. A Certified Chief Master Coach who has led at Group Management Committee level, Ian brings a rare perspective to his coaching practice, grounded in both the discipline of professional coaching and the commercial realities of running a business.

He served as Managing Director and Group Head of International Management at UOB, responsible for the Bank's overseas subsidiaries and branches across 18 countries and its Group Foreign Direct Investment Advisory, and sat on the Group Management Committee and Venture Management boards. Earlier in his career at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, he served as Managing Director and Southeast Asia Region Head, China CEO, and Asia Pacific COO. Ian graduated from the National University of Singapore with a BBA and holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management and HKUST.

A passionate, people-centric leader, Ian's mentoring and coaching e orts led UOB to win the Marshall Goldsmith Coaching Culture Excellence Award for Asia, and he is himself a recipient of the Marshall Goldsmith Outstanding Coaching Leader Award.
