FRANK has more than 30 years of experience in developing and leading multinational organizations in Asia. In that time, he has amassed capabilities in strategic planning and execution, business development, organizational development, people management, strategic human resources, and coaching and mentoring across various industries including publishing and technology.
Among the positions held include Managing Director at Oracle, President of Learning Solutions for Pearson Education, Head of Asia for LinkedIn, and held leadership roles in IBM and HP. At Oracle, he managed the P&L and strategic development or the organization, including integration of acquired companies in South East Asia. Frank started a new chapter in life by founding Nextplay which focuses on supporting people to be more productive by finding meaning in their work so that organizations can thrive.
As a Certified Chief Master Coach (CCMC) Frank leverages on the profound power of coaching to help people become unstuck and thrive at work and life. He does this by aligning their career aspirations to their talent, passion, values, and purpose that enables their transformation to better contribute towards business team and individual growth.
He also leverages his corporate experience as a Senior Consultant, Master Trainer, and Speaker with ITD World to support organizations for transformations that enable competitive advantage.
Frank has been coached, trained, and developed by top gurus including Marshall Goldsmith, John Mattone, Dr Marcia Reynolds, Dr Peter Chee, and Brenda Bence. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration graduate from the National University of Singapore and completed executive programs with INSEAD, IMD, and ITD World. Frank passionately volunteers his time and wisdom to add value to national development and non-profit organizations. He speaks at various international conferences and holds various roles including being a board member of IHRP (Institute for HR Professionals), Council Member of Singapore NIC (National Integration Council), Committee member of SID (Singapore Institute of Directors).
