NINA has been a Corporate CFO, charismatic Trainer and a successful Entrepreneur who garnered more than 20 years in senior management of Multi-National Corporations (BASF and Degussa), Listed Companies (United Engineers Limited and Berger Paints Limited), GLCs (Singapore Technologies, Jurong Port), Healthcare (Asia Renal Care), Audit Firms (KPMG) and successful start- ups including her own stint in construction chemicals business that spans US and Asia Pacific, which she subsequently sold off successfully to formidable Global industry player Sika.

Previously, she championed the merger of trunk radio businesses between SingTel and Singapore Telecommunication. She has garnered more than 2 decades of transformational leadership experience in mergers & acquisitions, strategic planning, restructuring, risk management, sales, operations, financial modelling, business performance management, investment structuring, tax planning, treasury and international financial reporting across high technology, healthcare, telecommunications and chemical industries.

She was awarded the best Art of War CFO by Sun Tzu Art of War Institute in Y2011. Currently Nina is a specialist in ACCA Global Education Forum both in London and in Singapore.

She has been an International Delegate having been posted 7 years in UK, 6 years in China and owned an American based business for 5 years; her regional work scope spans across Asia Pacific, US and UK.

She has garnered more than 2 decades of transformational leadership experience in mergers & acquisitions, strategic planning, restructuring, risk management, sales, operations, financial modelling, business performance management, investment structuring, tax planning, treasury and international financial reporting across high technology, healthcare, telecommunications and chemical industries.

With her vast Global experience and unique training techniques, Nina authored syllabus that is used to train entrepreneurs in Skills Future (2017) and ASME’s (2016) Pmax programs. In addition she wrote “Neuro Mind Awakening” (2015) and “Shape up to scale up your business” (2014).

She is an appointed by Singapore government SPRING body as business advisor to help SMEs build their Human Resources, Finance Management and Productivity Capabilities. Nina is acknowledged by many MNC and Fortune 500 Corporate Trainees for her effective and lively programs on Entrepreneurship, NLP, Strategy cascade, Transformational leadership, Strategic Thinking and Decision making, Visual Business Intelligence, Masterclass boardroom presentations and Sun Tzu art of war in Beijing, London, Malaysia, Shanghai, Rome and Singapore.
