DR. NANG NAY NWE PHONE MYINT is a Certified Professional Coach, Trainer/facilitator, and Medical Doctor. She has extensive experience in Pharmaceutical Distribution and the Medical industry.
Her educational background as a medical doctor led Nang to facilitate the sessions with empathy, understanding and full emotional support for her clients. As a member and Board of Director of International Coach Federation (ICF) Singapore Chapter, she follows the ICF Code of Ethics and Standards in her Coaching Practice.
She has been conducting workshops and trainings, coaches and mentors business owners, executives and professionals from a wide range of industries in Asia Pacific Region.
Nang graduated from the University of Medicine (1) Yangon. After that, she developed an interest to switch to Business Management and entered a Pharmaceutical Distribution company. She has progressed from a modest beginning to a coveted management position within five years, ensuring continual improvement throughout the company’s distribution sector.
Her main passion has always been to help others catalyse their growth, achieving the fulfilment they deserve, and she’s worked hard to encourage others to live their best lives. Nang’s turning point in her career as a professional coach took shape when she went through Coaching and Training. She then realised that people would achieve their desired life goals by creating a space of freedom to express themselves as they aspire to be.
When asked why she began coaching, she would say that she enjoys the work and is thrilled to be able to connect with people from many walks of life. Seeing people’s lives transformed is like a miracle to her. She puts passion and effort into her Coaching to bring out the best in others.
Dr. Nang is dedicated to continuous learning, empowering, and helping others live a fulfilling life through Coaching and education. Since she entered the Coaching Industry, she has constantly been honing her coaching and training skills, and she had the great opportunity to personally learn from many Coaching Gurus, including Marshall Goldsmith, John Mattone, Mercia Reynolds, William Rothwell, Mark Thompson and Anthony Robbins. She was selected to go for two weeks study tour in Japan sponsored by Japan International Cooperation Agency in October 2014.
Giving back to the community is one of her fundamental values, so she has taken part in numerous community projects coaching and mentoring Business owners in the Sheowner Business Mentorship sponsored by UnionAID, mentoring youths in Tech Age Girls program, facilitating the Angel Investors program for the start-ups in the ASEAN countries. She had volunteered in associations such as the International Coaching Federation (ICF), Myanmar Young Entrepreneurs Association (MYEA), Myanmar Japan Centre Alliance Business Association of Lower Myanmar (MABA) to ensure that she is contributing the society in any role that she can. She co-founded “Scholarship for Myanmar Youth Leaders” (SMYL), intending to educate young people with disadvantaged backgrounds.
