For over 20 years, DANAIYA TANG-U-THAISUK has worked as a management executive of SMEs in retail and service industries, acquired marketing and public relation experiences from Asia Pacific-based hotel chain, and worked as a lecturer and Program Director for Faculty of Business Administration both public and private universities. In addition, she has also accumulated more than 10 years of training and coaching experiences in public and private sectors.
Danaiya is well versed in general management functions and profoundly understand how specific functional lines operate. With this perfect combination of relevant knowledge and experience, she has been applying theoretical knowledge and actual work experience in the development of training and coaching programs for executives, supervisors and personnel in hotels, alternative energy and environmental management company, retail banking, shopping mall, event organizer, pharmaceutical and medical supply firms as well as transportation, automotive, food and beverage, consumer products businesses for both Thai and foreign companies. In government sector, she has trained state agencies for Ministry of Public Health, Ministry of Industry, Ministry of Finance, and the Royal Thai Navy. She is also a Thai Coaching Master for Thai Coach Association. Over the past years, she successfully created marked differences for many organizations.
Daniya currently participates in several social activities; i.e. President of ICF Bangkok Chapter, Committee of Program & Speakers and served as Stream Manager for APAC Coaching Conference 2017.
