DARELYN “DJ” MITSCH helps unleash the potential of the groups and teams in organizations to achieve breakthrough goals. With more than 20 years of coaching experience, she has collaborated on various engagement and culture change processes for various organizations.
Some of the organizations she has worked with include Fortune 100 firms from various industries, including telecommunications, technology, insurance, and front office sports management. An initiative she developed lifted employee engagement by 29 points within a year.
She is one of the founding members of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and has served as the 6th ICF president. Her term as president saw her drive ICF chapter development globally to reach more people with the power of coaching.
Her writings have been featured in Triangle Business Journal, Coaching World, Choice, the magazine of professional coaching, and has published books comprising Zombies to Zealots, Mystic Grits, and Coaching for Extraordinary Results.
